Ordering and Cancelation Policies
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for catering orders and up to 7 days on large orders. We understand that sometimes last minute decisions are made and so, if our schedule allows us to accommodate a last minute order, we absolutely will. In addition, there is a 10-person minimum on all our hot food orders and we ask for at least a 48-hour notice to be able to prepare. All hot food orders after 4pm will be charged a $25.00 “rush” fee.
If you need to cancel an order, please be aware that we require 24 hours notice and up to 7 days for large catering orders. All hot food orders require a two-day cancellation notice. We unfortunately will have to charge your credit card for the full amount if committed orders are not canceled within these guidelines.

A minimum order of $50.00 is required for delivery. Charges for delivery is based on distance from are kitchen and are as follows:
Within a 20-mile radius: No Charge
Between a 20 and 30-mile radius: $25.00
Between a 30 and 40-mile radius: $35.00
Outside the 40-mile radius: Please contact us.
We accept all major credit cards and offer direct billing (ask about limits for direct billing). Company and personal checks are also accepted.
Because your health is very important to us, we highly encourage all of our customers to inform us of any food allergies you or your staff may have.
Our managers are ServSafe certified and our Kitchen has been inspected by, and is in good standing with the Sacramento County Environmental Management Department.
How are we doing?
Your satisfaction is of absolute importance to us. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with either the food or the service, PLEASE let us know no matter how inconsequential you may think it is. Our company exists only to create and provide great tasting food with the best possible service. If you think that there is room for us to improve in one of these areas, we encourage you to call us. It will only help to make us better serve you… of course we like to hear if we are doing a good job as well!
We are closed between the week of Christmas and New Year, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and the 4th of July.
There is a 18% service charge added to orders over $500.00 and 15% service charge to orders up to $499.00.
